VICE PRESIDENT OF SPONSORSHIP and mission effectiveness -- Holy Cross Health Ministries of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has retained Witt/Kieffer to assist in the recruitment of a vice president of sponsorship and mission effectiveness. The position reports directly to the CEO and will work in concert with other members of the senior leadership team in promoting and integrating mission, vision and core values throughout the organization. This position will play a lead role in ensuring mission integrity in all organizational processes including planning, policy making, leadership development, budgeting, quality and so forth. In addition, the vice president will serve as a resource to the organization, providing education and raising value-based questions and concerns pertinent to organizational decision-making and direction setting. As the organization’s “keeper and oiler” of the mission, the vice president will be responsible both for oversight of the pastoral/spiritual care department and for ensuring that leadership and staff create a culture that fosters spirituality.
