Correction: “a salt ministry”

-- Newsweek magazine issued a correction to its story about the increasing popularity of intercollegiate debate on evangelical campuses. The story had misquoted the Rev. Jerry Falwall as calling debate for Christians “an assault ministry.”

-- Zahra Ramadan Benbehan of Kuwait where women voted for the first time June 28. About 57 percent of the electorate is women, and an Islamist coalition won 33 of 50 seats in parliament.
