Your order will be processed within one business day. We'll send you an email confirming your order when it has been processed and your credit card has been charged. You will also receive a gift acknowledgment in the mail that includes a gift card for the person who will receive your gift.

If your renewal is for a two-year subscription, we'll also send you a ChicoBag™ in the color you indicated on your order.

If you opted to be billed, we'll send you an invoice by U.S. mail.
